In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account with n666game or accesses the n666game platform for any purpose.

USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted subject to current availability.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. n666game will communicate the reason for closure to the player unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting n666game support. Where no breach has occurred, the full PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe set out in Clause 7.

All content on the n666game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, images, game interfaces, video streams, software, and documentation — is the property of n666game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any n666game intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works of any n666game content without the express prior written consent of n666game. Screen recording, streaming, or publicly broadcasting live casino or Cockfighting content from n666game is strictly prohibited without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n666game's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the n666game platform — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your n666game account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the n666game platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your PKR balance in accordance with Clause 7.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English text and any translation, the English text shall prevail.
